Patiperro

Patiperro EP was the first official release of El Extravagante, co-director of Cosmovision Records. A release through the famous Sello Regional. A mix of Electronic Folklore, Downtempo, Digital Cumbia and World Music, with the remixes of some of the most interesting artists of these genres in Latin America. Patiperro in the Chilean slang means someone who travels a lot (somehow like an adventuring street dog) and this EP is about that. Made in between Niagara Falls/Toronto in Canada and Santiago de Chile, with influences from all over the world through a Latin perspective, El Extravagante puts up an EP with instruments played by him like Didgeridoo (Australia, place where he lived for 1 year), Sytar & Tabla (from India featuring Kishor and Pablo), Claves, Latin Drums, Zampoña and of course, analog synthesizers and digital software such as Ableton Live and Reaktor, all with the latin touch and flavor. All this material is free to download and enjoy. Have a wonderfully tropical day!
