Fresh Banana EP

Fresh Banana EP is a tribute to David McLey — an artist whose vision of electronic music deeply inspired the creation of my second project, McLeyvier. What resonated with me the most about David was his philosophy toward music creation. He wasn’t satisfied with being just a soloist; he wanted to become the entire orchestra. Through synthesizers and technology, he found a way to transform imagination into complete sonic worlds — composing, experimenting, programming, and building everything from within his own universe. That same spirit is what inspired the identity of McLeyvier: the idea of total creative freedom, where sound design, atmosphere, rhythm, emotion, and storytelling coexist as one entity. Fresh Banana embraces that vision through a blend of futuristic textures, hypnotic grooves, and surreal aesthetics, paying homage to an era where electronic music was driven by curiosity, innovation, and fearless experimentation.
