31IJVH x STRANJAH - Diplomat (Original Mix)

One of STRANJAH’s early protégés, Canadian of West Indian descent, 31IJVH (pronounced Elijah) blesses a post-millennial garage number with his introspective dancehall vocals. Growing up to a blend of influences spanning from Sizzla, Capleton, Bounty Killer, Mavado, Vybz Kartel, Biggie, Jay-Z, and golden era House and Jungle, 31IJVH brings a unique take on future oriented bass music.
