'Three years following of her debut album βai amβ, dvdv returns once again constructing a subterranean cathedral of collected ambient noise beneath her staple sound. βWhat is the opposite of ambivalenceβ is a meticulously put together digital voyage beyond a sparse and blurry sonic surface into a zone of far-away and unkempt rumbling bass tones trenched between vignettes. That is not to say this project is without melodic structure or lyrics as the sparkly and glitchy, time-warping production on WITOOA occasionally veers on the Raster-esque whenever it shows up, while the amorphous vocals sink into songs of longing and desire to partner it. This album is over an hour long, in and out, of new forms of Psybient text shattering apart an already-loose deconstructed-club frame to set free a frail center.' - Mohamed Abnaof released September 20, 2021
