The song basically serves as a "peace offering" to me myself, to that self-destructive entity within me that l've ruthlessly battled for sO long, affecting my body, soul, and overall human experience. Being at war with oneself can be so draining. I refer to this part of me as "My Sinnerboy," as only a child wouldn't know what's best for themselves and act accordingly. I just want to sonically hug that child.
