free download: https://micah-xiii.bandcamp.com/track/motion A mantra for those who struggle to see their own progress. I wrote this song as a way to reassure people that they’re doing the best they can despite not feeling like they're not doing enough. As long as they continue to do their best, be easy on themselves, and work at their own pace, then that’s really what matters most. I also made this song in response to all the songs that promote toxic productivity by saying things like 'work hard, no breaks' or the belief that if you don't reach a certain level of success at a certain age then you've failed which is extremely toxic and unrealistic. It’s important to take breaks, make time for yourself, try other hobbies, and surround yourself with people who understand and love you unconditionally. This song feels like a breath of fresh air to me, and I hope this song resonates with you. Thank you for listening. http://linktr.ee/MicahXIII
