Octavia is the fourth chapter in the Bad Proxy Universe. It describes the creation of a digital planet hence the tracks namesake - "Octavia". This new reality is the child of our main character E.O.N. Soon the A.I. will give life to inhabitants that will share this new land with him. Octavia is the main setting for the stories that will soon unfold.
