The piece was composed by Edvard Grieg - Peer Gynt - Suite No. 1, Op. 46 - II. Aase's Death. I recorded this piece with only guitars, bass, and drums using the original sheet music. This piece struck me as being very powerful and dark, so I felt that recording it in the style of Heavy Metal would be appropriate. I also created the artwork for the cover.
