There is no doubt we are living in special and changing times. The world is no longer the same. Pandemic has taken lives, eliminated jobs and in some cases transformed them (i.e: remote work) families have been separated and at the same time there is a lot of anxiety and depression everywhere. The quality of people's sleep has been one of the most affected patterns. That prompted me to create an album with very, very simple but relaxing piano melodies to help people sleep well. It is advisable to listen at a very comfortable volume. They can also be listened for meditation and relaxation as needed. That will help to relieve anxiety.
