Are You Truly Happy? — PriscillaWritesSongs♡ I wrote Are You Truly Happy? as a message to the seven people whose music changed my life and inspired me to start writing my own songs: BTS. Inspired by 'The Truth Untold', 'Zero O'Clock', and 'Spring Day', this song is about the human beings behind the music, the fame, and the expectations. I don't see BTS as just seven idols standing beneath the spotlight. I see seven human beings who breathe the same air, feel the same pain, and carry struggles the world may never fully understand. People often see the success, the smiles, and the perfection. But how often do we stop to ask whether the people behind those smiles are truly happy? This song is my way of asking that question. I don't need to know their secrets or understand every struggle they've faced. I don't expect a response, recognition, or even for them to know my name. I just want them to know that their music made a difference in someone's life. That somewhere in this world, there's someone who sees them beyond the personas they're expected to maintain. They don't have to be diamonds, constantly shaped by pressure. They don't have to be pillars, holding everything together without ever being allowed to break. They're human before they're anything else. And if winter feels endless, if the clock seems frozen at midnight, and if spring feels impossibly far away, I hope they remember that they don't have to face every difficult moment alone. They don't have to be perfect to deserve the morning. This isn't just a song about BTS. It's a song about the weight of expectations, the loneliness hidden behind a smile, and the simple human need to be seen. Because sometimes the people who give the world the most comfort need to be reminded that they deserve comfort, too. — PriscillaWritesSongs♡
