"Hino da Independência" National Anthem of the Brazilian Empire

Under the lead of Petro I, Brazil declared independence from Portugal colonization after the end of the Napoleanic war. The king himself composed the anthem of his young empire "Hino da Independência", and it was formally used until the empire was replaced by the first republic. This version is performed by the Brazilian army.
