"Hope" is designed to function as a sonic sanctuary. In the broader context of EQTRacks’ work, this track serves as the foundation. It acknowledges that the journey toward self-definition (found in "Life That’s Mine") and the act of standing up for oneself (found in "Raise Your Voice Forever") are impossible without the foundational belief that things can get better. The composition does not rely on a dramatic climax. Instead, it relies on a steady, hypnotic loop that invites the listener to sit with their own thoughts. It suggests that hope is not a destination at which one arrives, but a frequency to which one tunes in. By the end of the track, the listener is left with a sense of equilibrium—a balance between acknowledging present difficulty and maintaining trust in future possibilities.
