SPIDER (feat. boywintr)

Track #5 off 'LIGHTYEARS' LIGHTYEARS is Jaron’s second full-length record. A message of hope, a snapshot into Jaron’s humanity. While creating the album, Jaron envisioned communicating not only with his current audience, but also a distant audience of conscious listeners, deep in the future. He wanted to capture his essence, singing directly to them: “If I’m alive through your perception, keep my soul in your reflection in the light of all connection.” The record opens with grief, with the passing of his grandfather being the catalyst for 'BLOOD': a tender sequence of chords and melody that acted as a musical mantra for Jaron during that time. The songs energy culminates and grows, until reaching 'LIGHTYEARS', the title song of the record. A fire has been lit, Jaron’s future is changing, his past irrevocably escaping him. He feels unstoppable with this newfound energy and sound, and is trying to take it and run. ('PIECES', 'WANTTTHIS'). Ultimately hitting a wall, the record takes an emotional reset. ('SPIDER feat. boywintr', 'a broken room'). Jaron’s faith in himself then restored due to synchronicities affirming the path he walks. ('BUTTERFLY'). He aims to perpetuate the abundance and safety he feels within himself in 'PROSPERITY', before creating sonic landscapes to simply exist and dance within. ('SPINNING', 'ORANGES'). Jaron’s personal favorite track off the album, 'ONCE feat. Jedwill' received this comment from SoundCloud user pohgii: “this song like a gateway drug fr”. As the record reaches its conclusion, Jaron feels as though he is on the precipice of all of his intention manifesting. He is now in the process of seeing it through. ('ICARUS'). The album gets a proper sendoff in 'STARS feat. riza'. An emotional catalyst, a goodbye to the listener. The final two minutes of the album suspend the listener in ambient space, being a final moment of connection between himself and the future. (Traveling, traveling, traveling, traveling.)
