🎧 Download / Stream ・ https://chillhop.ffm.to/fromscratch.SZB From Scratch is the new ten song album between Psalm Trees and ALEXANDER. This half-hour listening experience samples and reworks the duo's new jazz album, Spirit of Naima. Treating the live instrumentation as a playground for sample flipping, the two have crafted both a jazz album and a jazzhop album. Showing us how it's done, starting from scratch, one step at a time, from beginning to end. This immersive instrumental hip-hop album is perfect for cooking a meal, pouring some coffee, going on a long walk, embarking on a road trip, or simply kicking your feet up and letting the chill jazz vibes take over, one drum kick at a time. If you like what you hear on From Scratch, be sure to check out the accompanying jazz album, Spirit of Naima. The LP where it all began.
