In this instance it wasn’t a personal relationship for me, but a business one. It’s about biting your tongue and taking the high road in response to someone saying something that upset you. I don’t always keep my mouth shut at important times, but when I am able to, I always know that it was the right move. I really loved blending my roots of heavy pop/rock with electronic because I think it’s a beautiful combination of my favorite types of music.”
