"ALIVE" is a gritty, introspective track that lays bare the struggles of navigating life’s hardships, from the ache of growing older to the weight of personal loss. GIOMANI pulls no punches, reflecting on using substances to numb the pain, the loneliness that lingers even at the peak of success, and the raw truth of keeping it real amidst emotional turmoil. Dedicated to loved ones lost—marked by heartfelt nods to an uncle and grandma—the song channels grief and resilience into a defiant refrain: "I’m Alive." This repetition serves as both a battle cry and a quiet affirmation, underscoring the artist’s determination to endure despite feeling alienated and "lonely at the top." Blending hip-hop’s edge with an alternative, confessional vibe, "ALIVE" is a powerful testament to survival, authenticity, and the complex emotions of simply existing.
