Heather Wanderers: The Song of Neris (Archival Audio Recording) This recording is presented as the surviving soundtrack of a fictional television play, supposedly dated 1983. The original production and visuals have been lost or never preserved. Attributed to the travelling minstrel troupe Heather Wanderers, it tells the chronicle of Neris, Kael and King Alder in the fictional coastal kingdom of Veremor. Neris rejects the future chosen for her by her father, King Alder, and finds refuge in the Garden by the Sea. There she rescues Kael, a wounded stranger who is secretly the rightful prince of another kingdom. Their bond grows beyond duty and politics, but the world beyond the garden eventually reaches them. Their story ends, surviving only in the songs of wandering minstrels. Together, the compositions form a single forgotten chronicle.
